Allied Renewal is a licensed rendering service provider across South Carolina, western North Carolina, eastern Georgia, and eastern Tennessee. Allied Renewal collects and recycles used cooking oil and other food product waste generated in the food industry in a professional, safe, reliable, and efficient manner.
In 1981, Brown Packing Co., Inc. began rendering at the site of its Gaffney, SC beef harvest plant. In 2001 the company put a new rendering plant online that operated under the name Allied Premium Protein. The new plant was initially built to serve the rendering needs for its own harvest facility’s inedible product, as well as additional capacity for other harvest facilities. But in 2002, the company began collecting and recycling used cooking oil from area restaurant and foodservice establishments, and Allied Renewal was born.
Through all the growth and change, one thing has remained the same—we continue to provide the businesses we serve with dependable service from dedicated, responsible and professional employees. As a division of Brown Packing Co., Inc., Allied Renewal reflects the values of a company founded over 100 years ago on integrity, hard work, and commitment to serving the customer.
